Mechanics:

1. The promo will run from August 1 to September 30, 2024.

2. For a minimum single receipt purchase of Php 17,500 (based on total item cost) at Western Appliances branches via Home Credit customer gets a one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win appliance prizes.

3. This promo is valid for all modes of payment.

4. The customer must fill out the registration form at: https://bit.ly/westernrainydays and fill in his/her complete name, home address, contact details, email address, branch purchased, date of purchase, LOA # then upload an invoice copy.

5. The sign-up period is from August 1 to September 30, 2024until 11:59 PM. Entries/registration made beyond this period will not be included in the raffle.

6. Form must be complete and submitted only once. Multiple entries with the same Sales Invoice number will be deemed invalid.

7. Entrant must be a Philippine resident of legal age within Metro Manila.

8. All qualified entries will be included in the scheduled raffle draw on October 8, 2024 at 2:00PM held at the Western Appliances Corporate Office located at 34 Morato St. San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI representative.

9. A total of three (3) winners will be drawn randomly using https://commentpicker.com/random- name-picker.php

10. The names of the winners will be announced on the Western Appliances Facebook Page and via branch posters on October 21, 2024.

11. Winners shall be notified via registered mail.

12. A Western representative will contact the winners directly through their registered number.

13. The prizes are not convertible to cash.

14. 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000 and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner (ex. travel tax, transportation expenses, excess baggage).

15. The prize can be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification.

16. If the winner fails to claim his/her prize after 60 days from receipt of notification, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Western Appliances with prior approval from DTI.

17. To claim the prize, the winner must present the original notification letter they received, their official receipt and one (1) valid government ID at the Western Appliances Corporate Office located at 34 Morato St., San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City to the Marketing Department from Monday to Friday, 10AM-5PM. In case of a representative, he/she needs to present an authorization letter and own valid ID in addition to these documents. For provincial winners, they may claim at the branch where they transacted.

18. Winners authorize Western Appliances to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars on social media and other communication materials.

19. This promotion is valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions at Western Appliances

20. A customer can only win ONCE in the entire draw. If a customer’s name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize with the highest value.

21. Employees of Western Appliances and Home Credit, its affiliates, advertising agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join this promo.

This promo is open to all approved and signed Home Credit customers from August 1 to September 30, 2024.
