Home Credit & Imperial 50 Surprises Promo

Open to New customers of Home Credit who has an approved loan application at Imperial Appliance Plaza only.

Mechanics:

1.    Customer who avails a Home Credit loan at any participating Imperial Appliances Plaza branches nationwide from August 1 to September 30, 2024, is automatically eligible to join the promo. 1 raffle entry = 1 contract number. Customer who has an approved and signed contract is automatically qualified to the raffle.
2.    If customer cancels the contract with Home Credit, his raffle entry will also be forfeited. 
3.    Virtual promo draws will be held on the following schedule with the presence of a DTI representative. Schedule and prizes as follow:

4.    A successfully drawn customer can only win once. If drawn more than once, higher picked prize will be given.
5.    All prizes are not convertible to cash. All prizes are transferable but may not be exchanged for another item/s. 
6.    Winners will be announced seven (7) days after the draw schedule in the Home Credit Philippines Facebook page.
7.    Winners will be notified by Home Credit Philippines or Imperial Appliance Plaza via SMS, call, email, and registered mail.
8.    Once winners confirmed to receive their prizes, gift certificates (prizes) will be sent thru their registered mailing address for free.
9.    Imperial Appliance Plaza gift certificate prizes can only be used in any Imperial Appliance Plaza branches Nationwide. Any purchases in Imperial Appliance Plaza beyond the indicated amount of the gift certificate shall be shouldered by the winner.
10.    Home Credit and Imperial Appliance Plaza employees and its affiliates, including agencies, merchants’ relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

1.    Customers participating in this raffle may join more than once as long as they have an approved loan. 1 raffle entry = 1 contract number.
2.    Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
3.    20% withholding tax of prizes exceeding 10k and other expenses related to taxes shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc.
4.    Gift Certificates as prizes are valid until fully consumed. 
5.    Prizes will be forfeited in favor of HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. with prior approval of Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) if the customer is unreachable via SMS, call, email and registered mail after 60 days from the receipt of registered notice.
6.    Home Credit with concurrence of Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.
7.    Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.

50th Anniversary Surprise of Imperial Appliance Plaza via Home Credit. Winners can get a chance to win ₱50,000 worth of kitchen/electronics/appliance showcase or ₱1,000 voucher.

All customers with approved Home Credit loans within the promo duration.
