Home Credit & Cellboy Grand Holiday Promo

Open to new Home Credit customers with approved loans from Cellboy and affiliated stores only.

Mechanics:

1. Customer who avails a Home Credit loan at any Cellboy branches nationwide from August 15, 2024, to January 15, 2025, is eligible to join the promo. Customer who has an approved and signed contract is automatically qualified to the raffle. 1 raffle entry = 1 contract number.

2. If customer cancels the contract with Home Credit, his raffle entry will also be forfeited. 

3. A virtual promo draw will be held on the following schedule with the presence of a DTI representative. Schedule and prizes as follows:

4. A successfully drawn customer can only win once. If drawn more than once, higher picked prize will be given.

5. All prizes are not convertible to cash. All prizes are transferable but may not be exchanged for another item. Grand prize of One (1) unit of MG 3 1.5L Manual Transmission-Standard color will be decided by Home Credit and Cellboy depending on the availability.

6. Winners will be notified by Home Credit Philippines and/or Cellboy Philippines via SMS, call, email, and registered mail.

7. Winners will be announced seven (7) days after the draw schedule on the Home Credit Philippines Facebook page.

8. Grand Prize winner may claim their prize from the assigned MG Motor Philippines dealership who will administer the release of the prize. He/She must present 2 valid IDs with photo and the official mail notification.

9. Once winners of Major and Consolation prizes confirmed to receive their prizes, it will be sent thru their registered mailing address for free.

10. Home Credit and Cellboy employees and their affiliates, including agencies, merchants’ relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

1.    Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2.    20% withholding tax of prizes exceeding 10k and other expenses related to taxes shall be shouldered by Cellboy Philippines.
3.    Prizes should be claimed sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. with prior approval of Department of Trade & Industry (DTI).
4.    Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription. 
5.    Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.

Home Credit customers who will shop at Cellboy will get a chance to win a Brand NEW MG 3 1.5L Manual Transmission-Standard. Each approved loan is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. 

All customers with approved Home Credit loans within the promo duration.
