Pure Energy Summer Promo 2024

1. Customers who will avail of a Home Credit loan to purchase the following Panasonic Air conditioner item from May 1-July 31, 2024, are eligible to join the promo. 

2. Purchase any NON-INVERTER Panasonic Aircon Split type and Window type and get one (1) raffle entry.

4. If customer cancels the contract with Home Credit, his raffle entry will also be forfeited.

6. A successfully drawn customer can only win once, if drawn more than once, higher picked prize will be given in favor of the winner.

7. All prizes are not convertible to cash. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another item. 

8. Winners will be notified by Home Credit Philippines via SMS, call, email, and registered mail.

9. Winners will be announced seven (7) days after each draw schedule in the Home Credit Philippines Facebook page.

10. Prizes are to be picked up at the nearest Imperial Appliance Store to the winners.

11. Home Credit, Imperial Appliance Store, and Panasonic employees and its affiliates, including agencies, merchants’ relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

1. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2. 20% withholding tax of prizes exceeding 10k and other expenses related to taxes shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc.
3. Prizes should be claimed sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. with prior approval of Department of Trade & Industry (DTI).
4. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription. 
5. Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.
