Home Credit & Cellboy Barkada Treat Promo 2.0

1.    Customer who avails a Home Credit loan at any Cellboy branches nationwide from May 25-July 31, 2024, is eligible to join the promo.  1 raffle entry = 1 contract number.
2.    If customer cancels the contract with Home Credit, his raffle entry will also be forfeited. 
3.    A virtual promo draw will be held on the following schedule with the presence of a DTI representative. Schedule and prizes as follows:

4.    A successfully drawn customer can only win once. If drawn more than once, higher picked prize will be given.
5.    All prizes are not convertible to cash. All prizes are transferable but may not be exchanged for another item/tour package. 
6.    Winners will be notified by Home Credit Philippines via SMS, call, email, and registered mail.
7.    Winners will be announced seven (7) days after the draw schedule in the Home Credit Philippines Facebook page.
8.    Winner of the travel package may claim their prize from the assigned Home Credit Travel Agency who will administer the barkada tour package. He/She must present 2 valid IDs with photo and the official mail notification.
9.    The trip prize must be availed within 1 year from date claimed.
10.    Any services or arrangements that are not part or in excess of the Php 350,000.00 worth of Barkada Travel Package prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
11.    Home Credit and Cellboy employees and their affiliates, including agencies, merchants’ relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

1.    Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2.    20% withholding tax of prizes exceeding 10k and other expenses related to taxes shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc.
3.    Prizes should be claimed sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. with prior approval of Department of Trade & Industry (DTI).
4.    Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription. 
5.    Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.

All customers with approved Home Credit loans within the promo duration.
