Fonestyle Gadget Upgrade Holiday Raffle Promo

Mechanics:
1. All newly signed loan customers from November 15 to December 31, 2024 will be eligible to join the promo.  
2. This offer is available in all Fonestyle stores only.
3. Each customer who signs a loan will be automatically qualified for the raffle promo, where there will be 20 winners of mobile phones and accessories.  
4. A customer can only win once.
5. A virtual promo draw will be held on the following schedule with the presence of a DTI representative. Deadline for the raffle entries will be as follows

6. Prizes are transferable.
7. Winner will be notified by Home Credit via SMS, call, email and registered mail. 
8. The winners will be announced within fifteen (15) days after the draw schedule in the Home Credit Philippines Facebook page. 
9. Home Credit and its partner retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promo. 
10. Customers who cancel their application will be disqualified from the draw 
11. Redemption is until 60 days after receipt of notification, otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit and Asianic with prior DTI approval. 

Terms and conditions:

1. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2. 20% tax of prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc
3. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.
4. Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.
