Home Credit and All Home Rewarding Holiday Shopping Raffle Promo

Mechanics:
1. All newly signed loan customers from December 9, 2024 to January 31, 2025 who avails Home Appliances and Furniture with a minimum loan amount of P30,000 will be eligible to join the promo. 
2. This offer is available in all AllHome stores only.  
3. Each customer who signs a loan will be automatically qualified for the raffle promo, where there will be 11 winners of home appliances, furniture and accessories. 
4. A customer can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the price of higher value. 
5. A DTI representative shall be invited to witness the online raffle draw. Deadline for the raffle entries will be as follows: 

6. Prizes are transferable.
7. Winner will be notified by Home Credit via SMS, call, email and registered mail. 
8. The winners will be announced within fourteen (14) days after the draw schedule in the Home Credit Philippines Facebook page. 
9. Home Credit and its partner retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promo. 
10. Winner may claim the prize at the nearest AllHome store. 
11. To claim the prize, winner must present the winner’s notification mail and valid ID.  
12. If claiming via an authorized representative, winner must send: 

        * Winner's notification mail
        * Authorization letter assigning the representative to receive the prize in his behalf
        * Valid ID of winner
        * Valid ID of authorized representative

13. Customers who cancel their application will be disqualified from the draw. 
14. 20% tax of prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc 
15. Redemption is until 60 days after receipt of notification, otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit and AllHome with prior DTI approval. 

Terms and conditions:

1. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other on-going promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers. 
2. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription. 
3. Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw to be eligible to win.
